For publishing and Web I use the following free
software available for different computer platforms.
It allows to produce many file formats from the same
TEX/LATEX source file.
There is a computer algebra system
MuPAD for most of popular computer
platforms. It does have some nice features and
is free for a usage within academia.
I use Linux in its
non-commercial Debian GNU/Linux
flavour as the OS for my
computers at office and home.
